Hugh Jones is welcoming, humorous and supportive. He puts patients at ease, listens attentively and above all is the consummate professional skilled in his area of expertise. He continues to monitor my auto immune condition and it is good to know I have the option to contact him before my next appointment if I have a crisis. He takes time with consultations and I always leave feeling positive about my condition. He is the exemplar!

This was my first visit to Dr Jones, I found him to be, on time, very friendly but professional. I felt that he was very interested in my case and what I had to say. He immediately sent me for X rays and fully explained the results. He also explained what will be the next steps and immediately sent information to various departments and my GP for referals. I trust that my next appointments will be of the same high quality.
